Executive-level technology leadership without the full-time cost. We act as your CTO, guiding strategy, risk, and major decisions so technology supports the business.
Clear, practical guidance to reduce technology and cybersecurity risk. We help you understand what matters, what doesn’t, and where to focus.
Independent oversight of IT providers, vendors, and platforms to ensure decisions are aligned to your goals — not theirs.

Newleaf works with business owners and leadership teams who want clarity and confidence in how their technology is managed — without building a full internal IT function.

For many businesses, technology works — until it doesn’t.
Over time, decisions are made quickly, vendors change, systems grow, and responsibility becomes unclear. Nothing feels broken enough to fix, but nothing feels fully under control either.
Newleaf helps businesses address the quiet problems that lead to costly surprises.
Newleaf works on a monthly retainer model, giving you ongoing access to senior IT advisory and fractional CTO support — without the cost or commitment of a full-time executive.
Rather than billing hourly or reacting to problems as they arise, we focus on preventing issues, guiding decisions, and reducing risk over time.
Perfect for owner-operators and small businesses with 1–5 staff
Ideal for growing businesses with 5–30 staff
For established or complex organisations with over 30 staff

There’s no pressure to move forward. If Newleaf isn’t the right fit, we’ll tell you.
No. Newleaf provides IT advisory and fractional CTO services, not day-to-day support or break/fix IT.
We focus on leadership, oversight, and decision-making. If you already have an IT provider or internal team, we work alongside them. If not, we can help you select and manage the right providers.
Each plan includes a set number of capacity units per month. If additional support is required, extra capacity units can be added by agreement.
Pricing for additional units is based on your retainer level, and all work is agreed upfront so there are no surprises.
If extra support becomes a regular need, we’ll recommend adjusting your plan to better fit your requirements.
Yes. For organisations that need one-off guidance, Newleaf offers ad-hoc advisory support.
Ad-hoc engagements are charged at $1,999 per capacity unit, subject to availability. Retainer clients receive priority access and better value, which is why most ongoing relationships move to a retainer.
A capacity unit represents a block of senior advisory and leadership effort, used for activities such as:
Capacity units are outcome-focused rather than hourly, which keeps engagements predictable and aligned to value.
Most clients begin with a free confidence call to see if Newleaf is the right fit.
For Foundation and Growth plans, we also offer a 30-day confidence guarantee. If you don’t feel clearer or more confident after the first month, you can cancel and receive a refund.
Strategic engagements include a defined onboarding period and a formal 90-day review to ensure the partnership is working as expected.
